Francesca joins the TEN Agency team as a Creative Technical Designer, bringing with her strong technical expertise and a deep passion for textile and fashion design.
With a solid educational background from the historic Tullio Buzzi Technical Institute in Prato, where she specialized in textiles, and a degree in Fashion Design and Textile from the University of Florence, she seamlessly combines creativity with precision and technical skill.
In her role, she plays a key part in supporting project development through detailed CAD work, technical design solutions, and product engineering. She transforms creative concepts into precise technical drawings and production-ready designs, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Through her dedication and technical approach, Francesca contributes to making TEN Agency’s creations not only visually impactful but also perfectly structured for production and market needs.

From innovative materials to concrete sustainability and technological research, last week’s fair highlighted a profound shift in how textiles are designed and experienced.
Recycled and bio-based fibers are becoming the new standard, merging with advanced performance: breathable, stretch, thermoregulating and antibacterial fabrics designed to support an increasingly dynamic everyday lifestyle.
The real evolution? The intersection between fashion and technology.
Smart textiles and digital processes are opening new scenarios where fabrics are no longer passive, but interactive, functional and intelligent.
Driving this transformation are four key directions: design innovation, performance textiles, sustainability and technological development.
A balance that reflects an increasingly hybrid industry, where every material responds to aesthetic, functional and environmental needs.

We are proud to celebrate the conclusion of another meaningful internship experience in collaboration with the University of Florence’s Fashion Design and Textile course.

Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming Noemi and Laura.
Throughout their journey at TEN Agency, they deepened their understanding of the textile and fashion industry, improving their technical knowledge and developing valuable hands-on skills through daily activities and practical projects.
Their creativity and fresh perspective also played an important role in supporting our communication efforts: from the development of social media content, to aesthetic research, video projects, and visual storytelling.
We are truly grateful for their passion, dedication, and positive energy, and proud to have contributed to their professional and educational growth.
