Wildflowers cover the open meadows in gentle colors. The air smells of wood smoke, damp earth, and hay, and the only sounds are crickets and the wind moving through the tall grass.

Sorry, ik heb eventjes niets meer van me laten horen! Ik heb het flink druk met werkzaamheden aan een nieuw gedeelte van ons gastenverblijf Bacialupo.

Een oud gedeelte wordt helemaal opgeknapt. Hier komen twee nieuwe appartementen en een nieuw gedeelte van onze wijnkelder.
In plaats van een ander oud gedeelte, wat op instorten stond, komt een nieuwe ruimte, een soort van wintertuin, voor kleine evenementen, zoals kook-cursussen, wijn-proeverijen, yogalessen, kalligrafie lessen en andere leuke bijeenkomsten. En er komt een nieuw stukje tuin bij met prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels.

Zodra het allemaal af is, grotendeels half juli, zal ik wat foto’s met je delen mocht je dromen van een meer intieme en rustieke bruiloft of andere bijzondere bijeenkomst in Italië! We zullen verschillende leuke plekjes hebben waar verschillende momenten van jullie feestje kunnen plaatsvinden, waaronder de huidige tuin en huidige terras in de hooischuur, de huidige en toekomstige wijnkelder en de toekomstige ‘wintertuin’.

Ik blijf natuurlijk ook bruiloften op andere droomplekjes organiseren, maar concentreer me nu eventjes op ons eigen plekje :)
