On 8 September 2026, Parma will once again host the CenadeiMille: an extraordinary table stretching over 400 metres through the heart of the city, celebrating the finest excellence of Italy's Food Valley.
The star of the 2026 edition will be Chef Gennaro Esposito, holder of 2 Michelin Stars, who will create the first course of this unique evening dedicated to Italian haute cuisine. Enhancing the experience will be a four-course menu crafted by some of the region’s leading culinary institutions: Parma Quality Restaurants ALMA la Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana and CheftoChef Emilia Romagna Cuochi.
Each course will be paired with prestigious wines from the Franciacorta Consortium, official partner of the 2026 edition.
Choose between 1 to 3-night stays and combine the event with guided city tours, cultural experiences and gastronomic visits to Parmigiano Reggiano dairies and Parma Ham producers.

Parma raises the curtain on a new Opera Season 🎭
From January 22 to May 16, 2027, the stage of the Teatro Regio di Parma will host some of the greatest masterpieces of the operatic repertoire, in a program celebrating all the emotion of live music.
The season will feature:
🎶 Boris Godunov by Musorgskij
🎶 Rigoletto by Verdi
🎶 Madama Butterfly by Puccini
The program will culminate in May with REGIO198, a special concert honoring the 198th anniversary of Teatro Regio — a grand finale celebrating nearly two centuries of music and history.
Alongside the Chorus of Teatro Regio di Parma, the Toscanini will also perform, bringing to life productions of extraordinary artistic intensity in one of Italy’s most fascinating opera houses.
Experiencing opera in Parma, Northern Italy, means turning a performance into a complete journey through music, art, culture, and the authentic flavors of the Italian . Ieri, a Bolgona, abbiamo partecipato a Cities Emilia Romagna, la Borsa Turistica dedicata alla promozione del patrimonio culturale emiliano-romagnolo
Un’opportunità speciale per incontrare buyer internazionali e operatori del turismo provenienti da tutto il mondo, promuovendo ciò che rende unico il nostro territorio: Parma, la sua cultura, la musica, l’enogastronomia e le esperienze autentiche che sappiamo offrire.

The trees are growing…and today, new ones have been planted! 🌱
With the project “1 Parma Tour – 1 Tree Planted”, launched in 2024 together with Kilometroverdeparma , the goal has always been simple: to leave a positive mark on our territory.
For every group visiting Parma through Parma Incoming, one tree is planted in the city. A concrete action to:

🌿 expand green areas
🌿 help reduce CO₂ emissions
