FlexiForce primo Cliente canadese con Coil Cut Optimizer
Fast-Square espande la sua base Clienti anche in Nord America

FlexiForce Canada è live con il software Coil Cut Optimizer (CCO) di Fast-Square. L'implementazione è stata completata nello stabilimento di Abbotsford, vicino Vancouver e conferma come Fast-Square sta espandendo la sua base clienti anche oltre oceano.

La soluzione Coil Cut Optimizer in FlexiForce
Il software Fast-Square copre il processo della generazione di programmi di taglio ottimizzati, riducendo al minimo lo "sfrido" e i tempi di setup per le macchine da taglio dei 2 Centri Servizi esterni.
Il software CCO è integrato con il sistema ERP del cliente, ricevendo in input le priorità e il punto di riordino dei Part-Number (nastri) da produrre e i pianificatori utilizzano CCO-Optimizer per pianificare gli schemi di taglio con il minimo scarto.

Coil Cut Optimizer solution will cover the whole Production Planning.

Profili e Piattine Inox srl (PPInox) recently signed with Fast-Square Italia, a company specialized in software optimization, to implement the Coil Cut Optmizer (CCO) software for covering the whole production management of its Slitters, Banding Machine and Cold Rolling Mill.
The CCO software will be a new addition to its new Company information System, which also includes the Sanmarco Informatica software Jgalileo as the new company ERP.
