World Climbing Series Krakow 🇵🇱

Lately I’ve been struggling with finding that inner fire 🔥that usually help me to push my own limits, that passion and confidence that I can still improve and get faster..this time instead of judging me for not fnding it, I am learning to accept it as part of a final phase of my carrer, and as it is starting to feel more real I just can enjoy all the rest, and I am thankful for my friends and family that remind me this constantly ❤️‍🩹

Btw living the history of my sport hits different… This was the first World Cup with the 4 lane format and the relays competition 🤩 that was definitely fun!

And even if I wasn’t able to find that motivation to compete for myself the first day, the relay team competitions later on, awakened once again that motivation and passion to represent my country 🇪🇨 and put a milestone, maybe inspire the future climbers in Ecuador and South America 🫶🏻

This time as a coach with the beggining of international season 🥹💪🏼
Is interesting to life comps from the other side, learning how to be there for the athletes, study the routes together, share the emotions, analyze what we did good and what would do better for the next ones 🔜 Innsbruck 🇦🇹

I found time in between the rounds to keep training, climb some routes, see the city and try good beer 🍺

A tough one, the conditions weren’t the best and is not an excuse but I couldn’t adapt and show my current shape

I am proud of how I manage the frustration, all things that happened lately in my life helped me to give a different perspective to all..
Is another comp, life goes on and I’ll keep showing up with a smile and the same passion inside of me 🤙🏼

“Feel the fear, do it anyway”
This weeks-months have been tough, full of study, work and hard training…
Sometimes when you finish something important you realize how much your fears can grow in your mind. A little voice started telling me “you are not capable of doing this” and for a long time I believe that voice and let it transform in a monster that crushed me constantly..
One day I told me: accept the fear and do it anyway! So I started to do steps forward, believing I was capable of doing a thesis of my interest, coach more high level athletes, try something new in my speed technique, find balance between my athlete-coach life, and being capable of enjoy it all..
This steps were easier with the support of the people around me, my family and friends 🥹🫂 always thankful for you all!

Adiós 2025 👋🏼

Esta es la primera vez que no veo el año nuevo como un inicio desde cero, más bien como el continuar construyendo algo que siento totalmente mío y que disfruto seguir haciendo

Este año volví a competir partiendo desde las cenizas, y descubriendo en el camino la importancia de los amigos, de un coach que cree en ti cuando ni tú lo hacías y de disfrutar soltando expectativas y fluyendo

Entre las mejores cosas que me pasaron en el 2025 fue que por primera vez viaje a Copas del Mundo como entrenadora, mi primera temporada acompañando a mi mejor amiga a quien agradezco por la oportunidad ❤️ha sido un honor formar parte de tu equipo! Además agradezco a todos los atletas que en el transcurso del año decidieron confiar en mí para construir juntos procesos y alcanzar objetivos 💪🏼 el 2026 se viene con todo!

Este año me dio más de lo que pensaba merecer, por esto empiezo el 2026 con más confianza y ganas de abrir los brazos para recibir lo que tiene para mí

Gracias a todos los que compartieron momentos lindos conmigo y que estuvieron soportando mi camino desde cerca o lejos ❤️
