ORFEO STUDIO has been officially invited to participate in the Design Intelligence Award 2026.

For this occasion, we are presenting SHARPENED ANCORA TITANIUM EDITION in the Product Group, Cultural Innovation category.

Sharpened Ancora is a sculptural coffee table made of natural Grade 2 titanium.

Its asymmetric and parametric form creates a sense of structural imbalance, while the cantilevered composition gives the object a suspended, almost unstable presence.

The table is crafted without coatings, artificial protection or surface correction. The titanium is left in its natural state, allowing the material to reveal its authentic character.

Usually associated with aerospace engineering, precision, resistance and extreme performance, titanium is here reinterpreted through touch.

Its surface reveals an unexpected velvet-like tactility, creating a contrast between technical strength and sensory softness.

Sharpened Ancora explores the tension between sharpness and contact, instability and function, industrial performance and intimate perception.

The lines intersect like unresolved trajectories, fragments of force suspended in space.
There is no stable center, no hierarchy.
Each element seems to oppose the other, yet balance emerges through friction.
The structure appears vulnerable, almost accidental. Yet it is precisely within this instability that the piece finds its presence.
SITTING BULL is a reflection on resistance: on the ability to remain whole within chaos, and on the dignity of those who continue to exist without fully bending to the force that moves through them.
The object does not tell the story. It retains its echo.
