During Milan Fashion Show by , I also spoke with the team of designer about the cultural differences between the fashion industries in China and Italy.

China’s fashion industry is relatively new and rapidly evolving, with growing curiosity and experimentation around style and design.

Italy, on the other hand, is considered one of the pioneers of the fashion world, with a history that spans more than a century.

Another interesting contrast they mentioned:

Chinese fashion culture values discipline and precision, while Italian fashion is more about romanticism.

The team explained how the designs reinterpret traditional Chinese motifs through a contemporary fashion lens, combining craftsmanship, culture, and modern creativity.

One idea from the conversation stayed with me:
