Node by ALTO Robotics has been included in the ADI Design Index 2025 by ADI - Associazione per il Disegno Industriale!

Node - whose name itself recalls the idea of connection - was designed to support warehouse operators by enhancing their skills, reducing repetitive tasks, minimizing errors, and fostering a seamless alliance between humans and technology.

Over 14 months, robotics experts, designers, a psychologist, and logistics specialists worked together through research and co-design to create a deep-tech solution built on intelligence, expressiveness, and trust.

Specially selected and closely observed design projects serve as concrete examples of widespread culture and societal changes. Technology, usability, aesthetics, innovation, and feasibility—𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗼 𝗱’𝗢𝗿𝗼 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲𝘀.
𝗜𝗻 𝗮 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 through which innovation becomes reality to improve daily life, our projects are featured three times, matching the three Compasso d'Oro awards given to Design Group Italia from 1979 to 2020, plus the one won in 2024. In other words... We are ready for the next volume!

Per la Milano Design Week 2025, una classe della Scuola Media Panzini, insieme alle persone di Design Group Italia e al team BX di Alkemy, ha dato spazio a sogni e creatività, avvicinandosi al nostro mondo professionale.
Un’esperienza unica, in collaborazione con e Associazione scolastica GPP . I risultati saranno esposti in via V***a dal 7 al 13 aprile, presentazione pubblica sabato 12 aprile alle 10.30.

🇬🇧 When kids discover design, their ideas find room to bloom. For Milano Design Week 2025, a class from Scuola Media Panzini, together with the teams from Design Group Italia and BX, explored dreams and creative processes, stepping into our professional world.
An amazing experience in collaboration with and School Association . The results will be on display in Via V***a from April 7 to 13, with a public presentation on Saturday, April 12, at 10:30 AM.

We are happy to announce that the design-driven vision behind has been honored with another prestigious recognition: the iF Design Award 2025.

Node is a cutting-edge robotic agent developed by in collaboration with a multifaceted team of designers, lighting experts, engineers, and a psychologist, all working together to optimize complex logistics operations and foster collaboration between human workers and automated systems.

iF International Forum Design

Following a successful pitch, our cross-disciplinary expertise in baby care was chosen by Group to take care of the revamp of Chicco’s weaning product range, both structurally and graphically.

Guided by the ‘GROW GENTLY’ concept, the new design introduces a soft, calming, and contemporary approach.
