A 250,000 sqm mixed-use development structured around transit accessibility and integrated landscape design. An iconic high-rise tower anchors the site, with surrounding buildings gradually descending in scale to form offices, a five-star hotel, residential districts, hotel apartments, and a mosque. The whole complex floats above A two-level commercial podium , seamlessly connected underground to the metro station, reducing car dependency. Ramps, stairs, and integrated parkland dissolve the podium into street level, creating a walkable, connected urban environment that promotes density, accessibility, and sustainable mobility.

Green Oasis
Site Renaturing & Urban Integration

The project reactivates an abandoned former train station site through renaturing and adaptive reuse. It reconnects the area to the new metro station, establishing a main urban spine that organizes movement and activity across the site. Along this spine, diverse public, residential, and recreational functions are introduced, with community gardening developed as a complementary layer that supports local agriculture, ecological restoration, and social engagement.

Excited to share our remarkable project from Politecnico di Milano, centered on intensive computational design. Our team explored advanced tools like Grasshopper and leveraged powerful plugins such as Kangaroo for physics-based modeling, Pachyderm for acoustic simulations, and Galapagos for evolutionary optimization.

The pavilion in Sendai, Japan, beautifully integrates traditional architectural elements, incorporating wooden joints and fusuma paper for shading. By day, it serves as a tranquil seaside seating area and an open-air art gallery, paying homage to the resilience of the Japanese people. As night falls, it transforms into a glowing lantern, radiating hope and reflection in the hearts of the city’s residents.!
