Our journey into exploring how Agentic Experiences can transform Financial Services has taken shape through a series of internal and external events over the past weeks. We’ve brought outside the company the learnings, insights, and perspectives gained from our ongoing client projects and cross-unit collaborations.

Every initiative is an opportunity to learn, grow, and share what we discover beyond our walls.



A little throwback to “Designing Intelligent Experiences” — the course that wrapped up this past May.

The spotlight was on Cognitive Experiences enabled by GenAI. From smart restaurants and responsive airline assistants to hyper-personalized travel guides, students explored how intelligent systems can transform the way we interact with services.
Students were challenged to rethink user experiences across multiple industries and envision new futures where AI augments both customer and employee journeys.

Ginevra has been part of our team as a strategist since February 2021 and we just love her energy! She recently moved back from the USA where she used to live between Seattle and San Francisco.
She has a background in architecture, still growing her passion for Interior Design, but steered her career path with a master's in international business.
In her free time, she loves traveling, reading, watching movies, cooking, and taking care of her plants 🌱🪴

The Spark team is distributed in two locations, Milan and Munich, but we act as a single studio. We share the same projects, processes, and company culture in all the places where we live and work ✨

We supported a United Nation agency in defining a Business Strategy, crafting a Concept Design and setting a viable impact-delivery model to scale and further develop their Digital Services portfolio.
