They say a trip is over when you come home, but this one is still playing on repeat in my head as it was a bucket list moment. Felt really short in slide 2, had coffee in the biggest Starbucks in Europe, was top of the Italian alps, sat inside San Siro stadium, visited Duomo di Milano etc. Grazie mille for the memories of a lifetime.

There is something sacred about the moment you pull on a national jersey. Standing there last week, presenting the jerseys to the men and women of Kenya 7s ahead of the HSBC Div 2 tournament in Nairobi, the emotions came flooding back. I felt that familiar butterflies in my stomach. The nerves from the night before a tournament that every player knows so well. Though the results didn't go our way this time, it was an absolute privilege to be on that side of the handover. To the squad: wear it with pride, learn from this, and come back stronger. The journey is long, and I wish you nothing but the best for the rest of the season. Once a player, always a supporter. 🇰🇪🏉
