Started to do calisthenics at the age of 43 (2020) just to get fit. Now trying to influence others

Assisted ironcross
On to parallel bars again
Explosive pull up, 5 muscle ups and a front lever
Muscle ups and ironcross
Some 90º handstand push up and Victorian
I guess i will be living only with the bands with planche 😂😂😂
