𝗦𝘂𝗱𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗼

Ciao a tutti,
chi mi conosce sa che per me la cucina non è mai stata solo “lavoro”, ma una questione di 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲.

Proprio per questo ho deciso di ascoltare il bisogno di fermarmi un attimo e ho colto l’occasione che due cari amici mi hanno offerto per farlo.

Ogni tanto è necessario prendersi una pausa per ritrovare 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗮𝘀𝗺𝗼 𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮̀, quelli che meritate.
Per la prossima stagione, SudKitchen non sarà aperto nella formula che conoscete.

Approfitterò di questo stop per 𝘃𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲 da mettere nel piatto.

Il locale non resterà vuoto: la cucina-laboratorio sarà gestita da , con i quali collaborerò attivamente per realizzare 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀, utilizzandole come base per fare ricerca e testare nuove idee.

Hi everyone,
those who know me know that cooking has never been just “work”, but a matter of 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.

I’ve decided to take a pause and embrace an opportunity offered by two dear friends.

Sometimes we need to step back to rediscover 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗮𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆.
For the next season, SudKitchen won’t be open in its usual format.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲?
The kitchen-lab will be run by , where we’ll host 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 and experiment with new ideas.

Let’s stay in touch — this is not a goodbye, but the start of an 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
