Sara Ravelli (Crema, 1993) is the winner of New York Residency Prize 2026, together with Binta Diaw.

The New York Prize is dedicated to Italian emerging artists.
The winners of the Prize are offered the opportunity to spend a period of five months in New York. They will take part in cultural activities organised by the Italian Cultural Institute and the Italian Academy and will attend classes at Columbia University in disciplines such as art history, film theory, visual arts and architecture.
In June 2026, at the end of the residency, the artists will present their research in the spaces of EFA – Elizabeth Foundation of the Arts in Manhattan, or at other institutions in New York.
