The people of Cambodia are not only amazingly friendly but they’re incredible hagglers. Some may not like this, but I appreciate the art of raw negotiation. $20 duffel bag, I got it for $9. $10 tuk tuk ride, I got it for $3. If you have time and can live with or with an item it’s fun to haggle. Super respectful on both ends, and everyone leaves with a smile either way. This is really a place to get an in depth look at trade and simple business tactics. However be aware of your currency. Cambodians deal in 3 currencies consistently and know it like the back of their hand. Cambodian Riel, Thai Baght, and USD. Make sure you count you change.

This year the theme is clarity. Resetting, realigning, and simplifying. Stripping down and testing the limits of mind, body, and soul as a man. Getting outside of comfort zones is healthy. I want to experience new lands, I want growth and betterment to be consistent. I’m off to Asia so I can expand and dive into new cultures. The traditions of Japan, the diverse ecosystem of Thailand, and the tropical paradise of Indonesia. I look forward to Buddhism and temple life. The world is as big or as small as you make it. Feel free to get inspired, the next few months will be epic.
