The production of busbars for e-car charging stations combines precision, efficiency and repeatability. Flat metal strips are processed in high-performance stamping operations, where contours, holes and functional features are created with tight tolerances. This ensures consistent quality and exact dimensional accuracy from the very first step.

Subsequent bending operations transform the stamped parts into three-dimensional busbars. Defined bending radii and angles are achieved using controlled processes, allowing complex geometries while maintaining mechanical stability and electrical performance. The close coordination between stamping and bending enables smooth process flows and minimizes material stress.
