We stand in firm solidarity with those resisting occupation.

We commit to using our platform to challenge at every turn the massive misinformation campaigns waged by those who have a vested interest in the destruction of the Palestinian land and people without fear of repercussions.

We dedicate ourselves to standing in solidarity with the Palestinian people and to use our artistic and cultural practices as tools of liberation in the struggle for sovereignty, dignity, and self-determination.

Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin was born on 9 March 1934 in the village of Klushino near Gzhatsk, Russia.

His parents worked on a collective farm and Yuri was the third of four children.

In April 1961, became the first human to travel into space, launching to orbit aboard the Vostok 1.

Later on, he also said: “orbiting Earth in the spaceship, I saw how beautiful our planet is. People, let us preserve and increase this beauty, not destroy it!”

Alongside the SOS Mediterranee crew from rescue ship "Ocean Viking" on Friday, we supported a manifestation of compassion to help amplify their cause championing the rights of refugees!

Operating this beacon of hope in the Mediterranean, they've welcomed 34,517 survivors, truly embodying the principles of humanity.

Yet on Jan 1st, the Ocean Viking was placed under detention after rescuing 244 people in the Libyan search and rescue zone in the Mediterranean.

Under Italian legislation, migrant rescue vessels can only carry out one rescue operation at a time and should then proceed directly to the port assigned to them.

For not following these rules, the ship was detained, refrained from continuing their valuable work.

Sea vessels have obligations under international conventions to rescue people at sea. If Ocean Viking had followed this unnecessary legislation, hundreds of lives could have been lost.

"Punishing civil organizations for carrying out rescues that European states are unable to do in the Central Mediterranean is an unacceptable criminalization of humanitarian assistance."

Please support their mission by checking out their socials: .

Would you defend humanity in the face of criminalization?

Take a stand against the unfolding catastrophe in Gaza and stop the genocide!

Everyone can do a little something:
➡ Send a pre-written email to member state representatives to encourage them to invoke the Genocide Convention.
Email drafts here: linktr.ee/thes.media

Over the past two and a half months, Israeli forces have killed more than 20,000 civilians in Palestine, including over 8,000 children.

This is genocide.
There needs to be an immediate ceasefire and an invocation of the Genocide Convention without any further delay.

It just needs one state to invoke the Convention to change the narrative and the international dynamic.

That will only happen through the power of the people in pressing the idea on their governments.

Please do what you can. ❤️

Milk is not human(e)! 🐄

This Veganuary, let's redefine our choices and take a stand for animal rights!

Ditching meat, fish, eggs and dairy isn't just about personal health; it's a powerful step towards a kinder world.

"Choosing plant-based alternatives isn't just a trend; it's a compassionate lifestyle. By embracing Veganuary, we're actively saying NO to animal exploitation. Let's nourish ourselves while respecting our furry friends, making a positive impact on their lives and the planet."

The lies told by our governments, the press, and corporations are justifying global inequality, racism, injustice, colonialism, speciesism and ecocide.

The solution: We need as many people as possible to speak the truth in every kind of way.

We need protests, articles, podcasts, tweets, art, music, memes.

We need it on t-shirts and on billboards.

We need the truth presented politely over the dinner table, and we need it shouted in the streets.

We need it with a smile, and we need it dripping with sarcasm.

We need it all.

Believers remember events that happened in a land they consider sacred.

We wanted to remind people viewing this nativity scene in Trani, Italy, that that land is called Palestine, and that its people, who have been oppressed for almost 3 months by Israeli attacks, are mourning, as of today, over 21 thousand deaths, including at least 7 thousand children, whilst 2 million people have been displaced.

We hoped this flag would stay where we placed it.
Instead, after just 1 hour, it was removed.
We wonder who was so upset by this gesture.

We won't be silenced.
Free Palestine!

We are all part of this wonderful, natural system called Earth. And if we wish to save ourselves, we must save these natural systems!

It's time to bring people face to face with the complexities, beauties, and importance of the natural world.

To see it, to understand, and to love it. It is the one thing all of us share...
Be Kind. ♡

Hubert Reeves was a Canadian astrophysicist, a popularizer of science and also a passionate advocate for the environment.

He passed away on 13 October this year at the age of 91, but he left us an extraordinary cultural heritage.

Reeves saw astronomy and ecology as two facets of humanity’s existence, and wrote: “Astronomy, by telling us the story of the universe, tells us where we came from, how we came to be here today. Ecology, by making us aware of the threats to our future, aims to tell us how to stay there.”
