Echoes of Lahijan: Embracing Local Identity in Residential Architecture

In the architectural design of residential apartments in Lahijan, despite economic and urban constraints, efforts have been made to create a sense of identity and place by using historical and indigenous architectural elements of Lahijan.

In this design, brick and blue wooden windows have been used, architectural elements that will create a sense of connection and relationship with the surrounding environment for the residents of these apartments, due to their association with the culture and history of the region.

Nestled within a serene landscape, a seamless fusion of elements which creates a harmonious balance with the surrounding nature

با جایگزینی خانه‌های آپارتمانی به‌عنوان گونه‌ی غالب مسکونی که متعاقب رواج زندگی شهری رخ داد، فضای حیاط دیگر فضایی خصوصی نیست و به‌عنوان فضای مشاع ساختمان محسوب می‌شود؛ اما در طراحی مجتمع مسکونی کلارآباد توسط معماران مدام، حیاط و فضاهای سبز متنوع هم به صورت خصوصی برای هر واحد مسکونی و هم به صورت عمومی برای ساکنان مجموعه در نظر گرفته شده‌اند. بنابراین نیاز ساکنین به ارتباط با فضای سبز و گذراندن اوقات در محیطی که متضمن سلامت روحی و جسمی آن‌هاست، تامین می‌شود.
