Hi-Tech Western Weapons for Hezbollah!

While the debate continues among the US and European countries to supply Syrian opposition with hi-tech weapons, proposals have come from those who are supposed to use these weapons against the Syrian Army to Hezbollah to buy these weapons. I heard this from many sources and yesterday Quds News Agency also confirmed this.
Many of those fighting the Syrian Army are poor mercenaries who are ready to sacrifice their family for the sake of money. If they are given, for example 10 missiles, each worth up to $200,000, and ordered to use them against tanks or planes, it wouldn’t make a difference if they fire five missiles and sell the other five! Who would count? The value is equivalent to a life-time earning. It seems that last week’s dispute between the Free Syrian Army and Al-Nusra group was related to this issue and how to divide the income from selling the weapons among fighters.
At the beginning, Lebanese Hezbollah was seeking connections and ability to buy such hardware and find worthy weapons and was ready to pay an even higher amount for such weapons. But now it is receiving so many offers which it can’t even cope with them. Now Hezbollah is able to choose from the offers and most of these weapons are being offered at less than half the market price or less than 10% of their price in the black market (since most of these sophisticated weapons are not available to Hezbollah easily in the open market). Hezbollah is even getting lists and offers for weapons which are supposed to reach Syrian rebels in the near future.
A Lebanese friend told me that previously Hezbollah was obliged to turn to the black market for weapons that could enable it to resist Israeli assaults against Lebanon and if it was able to buy them another problem was to transfer these armaments to Lebanon by dodging Israeli spies. Now it is getting offers to supply not just more high-tech weapons but also proposals to deliver the armaments inside Lebanon.
According to these friends, who are very close to Lebanese resistance, extremely high-tech western anti-aircraft, anti-tank and even anti-ship, low-, medium- and long-range weapons are included. Even tanks and military machinery are also offered, as mentioned before, for less than half price. One of the friends told me that right now some electronic war equipment, radars and communication gadgets are delivered to the Lebanese resistance which Hezbollah never dreamed of and are installed and used right now close to the occupied-Palestine borders. Some of the weapons and gadgets that could be smuggled to the occupied territories like Gaza were donated to the Palestinians either by Hezbollah or even Hamas groups working with Syrian rebels directly. The Syrian rebels are even proposing to deliver high-tech sophisticated weapons inside Gaza.

Challenge US President But Don’t Challenge Israel

Helen Thomas, a veteran US journalist, died, out and away from her journalist profession just because she supported the rights of the Palestinians and criticized Israel. She was special White House reporter who was able to challenge many American presidents with her questions but when she challenged Israel she was forced out of her job.
It just crossed my mind what would happen to American lawmakers (about more than 100) who wrote a letter to the US president asking him to start talks with Iran. Has the world superpower become a toy in the hands of the Jewish lobby or have some Americans found the guts to stand against what the Israelis want? Everyone knows that Israel is standing in the way of good relations between the Americans and the Iranians whereas there is no unsolvable enmity or hatred whatsoever between the two.
According to statistics, about six to eight million Iranians or Americans of Iranian origin live in the US and Canada which is a little bit more than the population of the Jewish community in that country. Based on figures released by US corporations, about more than 98 percent of the Iranians or US citizens of Iranian origin have good jobs and higher education. Figures also show that in the last five years the Iranian community was able to rank first among other ethnic groups living in the US while the Jewish society moved to the second place with 67 percent having good jobs and higher education.
The same statistics show that the Iranian community entered the ranking just five years ago. Consistent with the above statistics and comparing these figures to the Iranian population, one can conclude that about 10 percent of the Iranians live in the US and Canada. Perhaps from this you can deduce that most of the Iranians have close relatives in the US and Canada, so they would love to have good relations with that country.
However, it seems that many American politicians do not care about what millions of their citizens want.
Some 98 percent of the Iranian community in the US is helping America in its progress whereas 43 percent of the Jewish community is not contributing to the advancement of the US. Moreover most of the Jewish community living in the US is just using America and US taxpayer’s money to the benefit of Israel while the Iranians have never asked the Americans for anything other than respecting their wills and not interfering in their country’s internal affairs.
The Iranian community is such a community which contributes more than what it gets while the Jewish community takes more and more and never gives. That is why the Jews always face discrimination and enmity wherever they go. Little by little the Americans are feeling the greed of the Jews and are standing against them. Nowadays we find about a hundred lawmakers standing against Israel’s desires and soon more will take such a stand.
The American society is growing up and changing. Maybe a couple of decades ago you could never have thought about the rights of the black American citizens but now you have a black American president. If that could change then many other things could change in that country. If a couple decades ago you were not able to criticize Israel, now you can find different groups among American citizens criticize Israel and you find courageous lawmakers who are willing to stand up to Israeli demands. It would not take long to find changes in the American administration against Israel. And Israel will face new challenges every day.
