Iran Transfo Logo Philosophy
This logo was suggested by Mr. Karl Heinz Hpffman, The Frist CEO of Iran Transfo corporation. it is consisted of two english letters "I" & "T" wich is the abbreviation of the company name. changing the direction of the line on the logo is a symbol of voltage change in transformers.

Half a century of experience
Electrical energy is a phenomenon which has already affected living of human beings and keeping new life style is almost impossible without it. the power plants (Thermal, gas, hydro, wind, solar, CHP and etc.)Produce electricity and by high voltage transmission lines, medium voltage distribution systems it reaches the consumer (Residential, industrial, office, service, health, military and etc.). In each stage of its journey, from production to point of consumption “Transformers” act as a link and by changing the electrical parameters (Voltage and current).this allows the process to be economically optimized. In addition to the electricity transmission and distribution system transformers, also there are lot of other usages in various industries (Mining, metallurgy, cement, telecommunications, home appliances, security systems) for transformers with specific characteristics. Iran Transfo is the first manufacturer of transformers in Iran founded by Hans Hoffman from Siemens Germany and the manufacturing license was issued in March 1963 in order to manufacture 70 MVA distribution transformers. Iran Transfo was officially registered in July 1966 with the participation of Tehran Regional Electric Co, Siemens of Germany, Bank of Industry and Mine .construction of plant was started in the same year in Rey town (south of Tehran) and its continuous transformer production was started since 1968.
This company during its 50 years of activities has had cautious development which has made by lots of efforts by thousands people ( Managers, experts, workers) and at last it has become to The large and unique corporation and now a days it continues its work with a nominal capacity of 45,000 MVA per year (670 times of the initial capacity).
The important point to note is that in most countries the quality of its products has been accepted as a reliable brand.

Iran Transfo Co. was established in 1966 under license of Siemens-Germany as a manufacturer of oil –immersed distribution, Medium and Large power transformers with the primary objective of designing, calculating and manufacturing of all type of transformers according to the international Standards of IEC76 & VDE 0532.
Construction of the transformer plant was started in Zanjan for design and manufacturing of oil-immersed Distribution, Medium and Large Power transformers in 1976.
Iran Trnsfo has been became Group of manufactures Including three factories and is set 13 companies (At this moment ), First manufacturing of Generator transformer, Foundation of Zanjan Sadaf Gostar Insulator Co., Zanjan Saba Insurance Company Establishment, Foundation of Iran Transformer research institute, Foundation of TRANS POST PARS CO,As a member of Iran Transfo Corporation for design and producing H.v substation up to 400Kv, Foundation of KOOSHKAN TRANSFORMERS CO., As a member of Iran Transfo Corporation for design and manufacturing three–phase oil-immersed distribution transformers up to 4000 KVA,36 Kv in 2000
Foundation of Iran Transfo substation Development Company as a member of Iran Tranfso Corporation for design and manufacturing distribution substations, Establishment of the transportation company of the corporation ,"Ashna Rahe Sama" in 2003.
Design and manufacturing of first CAST RESIN DRY-TYPE TRANSFORMER in class F, Establishment Iran Transfo Commercial Company, Foundation of PARS ELECTRICAL INSULATION CO, as a member of Iran Transfo Corporation for manufacturing insulation materials, Foundation of Iran Transfo after Sales Services Co. (ITASS), As a member of Iran Transfo Corporation for all of services due to transformers and their accessories, Foundation of ZAGAN INDUSTRIAL OIL REFINING CO. , As a member of Iran Transfo corporation for manufacturing transformer and industrial oils and solvents in 2004.
Opening and er****on Parand’s factory in presence of Vice President of Islamic Republic of Iran in 2016.
