By passing through the entrance,the path on the left leads to the first floor,majlis and dining room. This space is completely predictable and multi-purpose in the public sector and can be used as a separate suite for a young couple, guests, study room and library in the future. On ground floor, a flexible space has been designed for the young couple and the crew and driver, independent of the main building. The courtyard intended personnel has a multi-purpose function. The dirty kitchen is located next to this , and the food is sent to the clean kitchen on the first floor with a separate elevator for.With the laundry adjacent to this courtyard, it is possible to use light and air for bedding. After passing through the central courtyard and entering the cool basement full of plants, it is possible to access the bedrooms on the south side and the pool.

پس از عبور از در ورودی مسیر سمت چپ با پله ای به سمت طبقه اول و اتاق مجلس و غذاخوری می رود . این فضا کاملا در بخش عمومی پیش بینی و کاربردی چندمنظوره دارد و می توان در آینده به عنوان سوییتی مجزا برای زوج جوان ،مهمان و اتاق کار و کتابخانه نیز از آن استفاده کرد. در پایین فضایی منعطف به منظور اقامت زوج جوان و قسمت خدمه و راننده صورت مستقل از ساختمان اصلی طراحی شده است . حیاط در نظر گرفته شده برای ورود پرسنل کاربردی چند منظوره دارد.آشپزخانه کثیف در مجاورت این حیاط قرار دارد و با آسانسور باربری مجزا غذا برای سرو به آشپزخانه تمیز طبقه اول فرستاده می شود.با قرارگیری فضای لاندری در مجاور این حیاط امکان استفاده از نور خورشید و هوای آزاد برای البسه و ملافه وجود دارد.پس از گذر از حیاط مرکزی و با ورود به زیرزمین خنک و پر گیاه امکان دسترسی به اتاقهای خواب در ضلع جنوبی و فضای استخر حاصل می شود .

⁣Project:‎‎ Green cube - Design process
The most important factor for main concept is the size and location of the building and spaces, hot climate, sun, wind and rain. This created compact volumes in the east-west direction and with a stretch to the south (use of sunlight in winter and solar panels).
This project consists of 7 modular cubic volumes on 2 floors. In order to reduce the temperature and create shade and disturbing view, a part of the building was placed in the basement. With this method, building materials for the walls of the project (rammed earth wall) were also provided.

⁣⁣⁣‎ پروژه: مکعب سبز - روند شکل گیری حجم
مهمترین عامل در شکل گیری مفهوم اصلی، اندازه و مکان ساختمان و فضاها، اقلیم گرم و خشک، آفتاب، باد و باران است. این امر باعث ایجاد حجم های فشرده در جهت شرق - غرب و با کشش به سمت جنوب (استفاده از نور خورشید در زمستان و پنل های خورشیدی) شد.
این پروژه شامل 7 حجم مکعب مدولار در 2 طبقه است. به منظور کاهش دما و ایجاد سایه و همچنین حفظ نمای مزاحم، بخشی از ساختمان در زیرزمین قرار داده شد. با این روش مصالح ساختمانی برای دیوارهای پروژه (دیوار خاکی کوبیده) نیز تامین شد.

⁣Project:‎‎ Green cube - The house of the future
With the studies done in the culture and climate of Dubai and constructions, the best way to design the project is to combine tradition and modernity according to the climatic conditions and the needs of the future generation .in order to introvert and privac, the site is divided into three parts from the north to the south. Public, semi-private and private.Terraces are designed as interface and filters between spaces with ventilated clay brick partitions in order to maintain the view and prevent sun and wind transmission.(like Mashrabiya).The use of neutral cream and white colors, the contrast created with ocher and orange colors, has made the interior of the project warm and intimate. The assembly (reception) part is separated from other spaces with movable partitions, and this makes the space flexible for future use.

⁣⁣⁣‎ پروژه: مکعب سبز - خانه ای برای آینده
با مطالعات انجام شده در فرهنگ و اقلیم دبی و ساخت و سازها، بهترین روش برای طراحی پروژه تلفیق سنت و مدرنیته با توجه به شرایط اقلیمی و نیازهای نسل آینده با حفظ ارزش های نسل قدیم در محیط است. به منظور درونگرایی و حفظ محرمیت پروژه سایت از قسمت شمال به جنوب به سه بخش تقسیم شده است .عمومی ، نیمه خصوصی و خصوصی .تراس ها به عنوان فضاهای رابط و فیلتر بین فضاها با پارتیشن هایی از جنس آجر سفالی تهویه داربه منظور حفظ دید و منظر و جلوگیری از تابش مزاحم خورشید و انتقال باد طراحی شده اند .( مانند مشربیه )استفاده از رنگ خنثی کرم وسفید در کنار تضاد ایجاد شده با رنگ اخرایی و نارنجی فضای داخلی پروژه را گرم و صمیمی کرده است. قسمت مجلس (پذیرایی) با پارتیشن های متحرک از سایر فضاها تفکیک شده و این امر موجب انعطاف پذیری فضا برای استفاده در آینده می شود.

We are proud to announce that Olay Architecture Studio has won the annual Architecture Masterprize (AMP) award in the interior design category among 81 participating countries for the Pomme Garden project.
The annual Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) is a prestigious international architecture award that annually recognizes the best designers.
The pomme garden project has been featured in the 2023 AMP Winners Gallery and in the AMP Architecture Directory, and in addition to being published on social media, it will also be featured in the annual AMP Architecture Book.

مفتخریم اعلام کنیم استودیو معماری اُلای موفق به دریافت جایزه سالیانه Architecture Masterprize (AMP) آمریکا در بخش طراحی داخلی از بین ۸۱ کشور شرکت کننده برای پروژه باغ سیب شده است.
جایزه سالانه Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) یک جایزه بین المللی معتبر معماری آمریکاست که سالیانه بهترین طرح ها را به رسمیت می شناسد. پروژه باغ سیب در گالری AMP Winners 2023 و در فهرست AMP Architecture نمایش داده شده است و علاوه بر انتشار در شبکه های اجتماعی در کتاب معماری سالانه AMP نیز به نمایش گذاشته می شود.
