تفکر کارفرما به صورت پانک میباشد پس برای حفظ محیط زیست و اعتراض به مصرف گرایی سعی شده است متریال انتخاب شده در بازسازی ویلا_سگ ها از مصالح دست دوم با کیفیت انتخاب شود از جمله تمامی شیشه ها دوجداره و قاب های الومینیومی پنجره ها المانی ، اهن های استراکچر تقویتی و سقف، پوشش زیر سقف ها و روی سقف ها ، چوب های زیر سقف و اجرهای قسمت هایی از ساختمان قبلی می باشد .

موضوع جانمایی فضایی در بازسازی ویلا _سگ ها یکی از مهمترین پارامترهای می باشد که با توجه به نیازهای هر دو گروه یعنی سگ ها و انسان ها به آن پرداخته شده است ، از القا حس آرامش و همنشینی این دو گونه تا داشتن دید به منظر باغ از تراس برای انسان ها و دسترسی آسان سگها از بخش همکف به باغ ، که به آن توجه می شود.

ظهر روز دوشنبه ۲ خرداد ۱۴۰۱ بخشی از برج متروپل آبادان بر اثر شکست سازهای و فساد فروریخت.این حادثه دهها کشته و زخمی داشت.

ایده طراحی یک ویلا از یک داستان کوتاه از کتاب کتابخانه بابل و ۲۳ داستان دیگر اثر خورخه لوئیس بورخس میباشد ، داستان از یک دایره المعارف از یک تمدن خیالی شروع میشود که مردمانش برای هیچ شیی نام ندارند بلکه آنها را توصیف میکنند .

Our lives are surrounded by our dreams; our time passes in the hope of having a future and turns into memories resulting in our days being filled with the joy of past memories and future hopes. The key idea of this project was inspired by the track “High Hopes” by Pink Floyd. On the other hand, the villa’s owner was very fond if the past and would enjoy reviewing the memories of the past. This interest of the contractor in the past reminded me of the track “High Hopes”, and consequently, I started designing.
