به مناسبت اولین سالگرد تاسیس لابراتوار نوآوری شهر آینده که مصادف با روز جهانی خلاقیت و نو‌آوری هم هست، تو وضعیت فعلی قرنطینه تصمیم گرفتیم یه سری لایو اینستاگرام برنامه‌ریزی کنیم. این سری در طول یک هفته توسط ۷ میزبان از اکانت شهرآینده اجرا می‌شه که هر کدوم به واسطه‌ی حوزه‌ی کاری خودشون از یک مهمان برای حضور در جلسه‌ها دعوت کردند. هر روز یک مهمان و یک میزبان به مدت حدودا ۴۵ دقیقه تو لایو اینستاگرام حاضر می‌شن و راجع به موضوعی که مشخص کردن با هم گفتگو می‌کنن. میزبان‌ها و مهمان‌هامون از شهر‌ها و کشور‌های مختلف به ما ملحق می‌شن. همینطور سعی کردیم موضوعات مختلفی رو پوشش بدیم، از نوآوری در شهر، پایداری و مسائل مرتبط به حقوق معنوی تا آینده و تکنولوژی‌های نوظهور.

For our first birthday, we have arranged a series of Instagram Live discussions. This series will take place in 7 days with 7 hosts from the Future City network and their guests. The hosts invited their guests based on their area of expertise. Every night, a host and a guest will join us in a live discussion from different parts of the world, talking about various topics, from urban innovation, sustainability, and intellectual property to emerging technology and futures.

مصور‌سازی داده‌ها یه عبارت کلی هست که به تلاش‌هایی اشاره می‌کنه که در جهت فهم بهتر داده‌ها،‌ معانی و اهمیت‌شون انجام می‌شه. این کار از طریق ترجمه‌ی داده‌های متنی به المان‌های بصری مثل نقطه،‌ خط و سطح صورت می‌گیره. مصور‌سازی داده‌ها به این درد می‌خورن که الگوها و رویه‌هایی که پیش از این قابل فهم نبوده‌اند نمایان بشن. این باعث می‌شه که داده‌های موجود تاثیر‌گذاری بیشتری در مسیر تصمیم‌سازی پیدا کنن.

When was the last time you received a memorable thank you gift?

You might be familiar with the concept of "Gift of Giving". This type of gift is basically an attempt to make your thank you (or gift) benefit a third party (for their need or any other reason). In this way, you usually donate money to a charity and eventually let the person know that our gift to them was a charity donation under their name. But we wanted the whole project to be more creative as well as surprising to our coworkers. Plus, a donation was not something that would satisfy us.

تقسیم شادی از زابل به شهر آینده

آخرین باری که یه هدیه‌ی به‌یادموندنی گرفتین کی بوده؟

شاید با مفهوم «هدیه‌ی بخشش» آشنا باشین. این نوع هدیه در واقع تلاشیه واسه اینکه تشکر (یا هدیه) شما به شخص سومی (به دلیل نیاز یا هر دلیل دیگه‌ای) منفعت برسونه. معمولا تو این شیوه، وجه مالی رو به یه خیریه می‌دن و در نهایت به شخص اطلاع می‌دن که هدیه ما به شما، کمک به خیریه از طرف شما بوده. ولی ما دوست داشتیم کل این پروژه، هم خلاقانه‌تر باشه هم برای همکارامون غافلگیرکننده باشه. بعلاوه‌ی اینکه یه مبلغ اهدایی، اون چیزی نبود که ما رو راضی کنه.
