"Since launching back in 2022, Luv Shack's compilation style EP series, Disco Biscuits, has become something of a must-check affair for those interested in the intersection of nu-disco and deep house.

There's plenty of fine fodder to be found on volume seven, starting with Jakobin's starry and synth-heavy 'Jorge', a dreamy deep house cut with added 21st century electronic disco fizz.

Loft 77 updates Ce Ce Rogers' 1987 garage-house classic 'Someday', adding in some wonderful TB-303 acid lines and hands-aloft piano stabs, before Kelton Prima wraps eyes-closed soulful house vocals to a warming deep house groove on 'Disco Prosecco'.

Finally, Ubre Blanca blurs the boundaries between Italo-disco, Eurobeat and Hi-NRG on the rushing, synth-powered peak-time colour of 'High Rise'."
