Most of life’s hardships are not as vast as they feel
perhaps only twenty percent belong to reality,
while the rest is quietly woven by the mind.

We name something “difficult,”
and in naming it so, we give it weight,
we breathe life into its shadow
until it grows larger than truth itself.

The heaviest burden is not the hardship
it is believing, deeply and constantly, that it is one.

We look outward, gathering complaints,
placing them gently or sometimes harshly on others,
while within us, a quieter truth whispers:
perhaps it is not the world that has hardened,
but the heart that has grown more fragile, more sensitive.

And maybe, just maybe,
peace begins the moment we pause and wonder
is it truly the storm outside,
or the echo within?

This has reached the extreme of ظلم oppression.Targeting people for their love of Amir al-Mu’minin (Imam Ali) is not security it is injustice disguised as policy.

1. A time for intimate conversation with Allah (munājāt)
2. A time for earning your livelihood
3. A time for socializing with trustworthy friends who remind you of your faults and are sincere to you
4. And a time for yourselves, for lawful pleasures and relaxation — and through this part, you gain strength for the other three.”Give yourself time—halal joy, quiet rest, moments with family.
For when the soul is nourished, عبادت deepens, work gains barakah,
and relationships become more sincere.
Do not neglect yourself—through you, all else becomes better.

Every verse was sent to lift a burden from the human heart.
“Every day, He is in a new affair” a gentle reminder that nothing with Allah is ever frozen or final.

At every moment, He unfolds a new mercy, a new decision, a quiet miracle.
What feels fixed to us is never fixed with Him.

So when your thoughts shift, your intention softens, your hope rises
the Divine response changes too.
This verse whispers hope:
You are not stuck. Your story is still being written.
In moments of stress, pause…
and recite it fourteen times with understanding
until your heart feels the calm of a God
who is always creating new possibilities.
