with chest inflammation and allergy! walked, run, and made it to the finish line.

پاش چوار مانگ پرۆڤە و خۆ ئامادەکردن بۆ نمایشی
باڵندەی کامەرانی، ئەزمونێکی زۆر باش و نوێ بوو بەتایبەتی بۆ من لەم بوارەدا
‎لە ڕێگەی ئەم کارەوە، بەشێکی نەبینراوی خۆمم بینی، کە توانیم ئیشی خۆم بکەم و هاوکاری ئەکتەرەکانی تر بم لە پێناوی کارەکە.

‎جیا لەوەش، دەرهێنەر و نوسەری باڵندەی کامەرانی، کاک شوان کەریم، خۆی شانازیێکە بۆ شانۆیی کوردی.
‎سوپاسگوزارم، کە هەموومان بەیەکەوە لە بارودۆخی سەختدا توانیمان شانۆیەکی جوان و جیاواز پێشکەش بکەین، کە لە شاری هەولێر بۆ ماوەی ١٦ ڕۆژ نمایشمان کرد.

After four months of rehearsals and prep for Balanday Kamerani, it turned out to be such a fresh and amazing experience for me. I discovered a new side of myself in this play pushing my own limits while also teaming up with the other actors to make it all come alive.

Big thanks to our director and writer, Shwan Karim, who’s truly a pride of Kurdish theater. And of course, to the whole crew together we pulled off 16 days of shows in Erbil, even through all the challenges.
Honestly, it felt special.

What I needed today, a calm evening outdoors 🍃

What a beautiful day! 🧗🏻‍♀️ Early morning climbing, learning some techniqual changes on anchor. and seeing over 30 people dive into the climbing world here in Kurdistan.
It was so cool!

چ ڕۆژێکی جوان بوو! بەیانی زوو سەرکەوتن بەسەر شاخ، فێربوونی هەندێک گۆڕانکاری تەکنیکی لەسەر لەنگەر. و بینینی زیاتر لە ٣٠ کەس کە خۆیان دەخزێننە ناو جیهانی بەردەوانی لێرە لە کوردستان.

About 7 years ago, I made a decision, to bring more adventure and adrenaline into my life. It’s just who I am.
And for 3 years now, I’ve been guiding tours through the beautiful mountains and wild places of Kurdistan.

‎ئەم نەخشەیە هەموو ئەو وڵاتانە نیشان دەدات کە میوانە سەرسوڕهێنەرەکانم لێیەوە هاتوون، کەسانێک کە لەگەڵیاندا گەشتم کردووە، لەگەڵیاندا گەڕاوم، لەگەڵیاندا پێکەنینم کردووە و ساتەکانی لەبیرنەکراوم لەگەڵدا بەسەر بردووە.

‎وە لە هەموو جیهانەوە:
