Job Vacancy: Evaluation Consultant - Flourishing Together Project

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Evaluation Consultant to conduct the final evaluation of the Flourishing Together Project in Duhok City and Bashiqa District. The Evaluation Consultant will play a crucial role in assessing the project's impact, effectiveness, and efficiency. This position involves data collection, analysis, and reporting to provide valuable insights for future program development.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead consultant overseeing the entire evaluation process.
Develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools for comprehensive data collection.
Coordinate and conduct workshops for project stakeholders.
Analyze data collected during the evaluation period.
Generate detailed reports highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Manage a team of Enumerators, ensuring effective data collection in both Duhok City and Bashiqa District.
Organize and facilitate workshops, both in-person in Bashiqa and online for Enumerators based in Duhok.
Ensure the provision of necessary equipment and program supplies for smooth ex*****on (phones credit, stationery, etc.).

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project evaluation, preferably in the context of community development and humanitarian projects.
Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
Familiarity with the Duhok City and Bashiqa District communities is an asset.

Duration:
The consultancy period will involve a total of 15 days, distributed as follows:

8-10 days for the provision of M&E tools, data collection, and workshops.
5 days for data analysis and report generation.
