Dr. Davit Manjgaladze successfully treated a 35-year-old male patient with chewing and esthetic issues, despite his history of drug addiction and chronic hepatitis.
Using ROOTT dental implant systems, Dr.
Manigaladze performed immediate implantation with one-piece implants (45 18mm) and crestal sinus elevation, along with an all-on-4 procedure for the mandible. After six months, a screw-retained zircon bridge was placed on a titanium bar. ROOTT P implants (45 P18mm) and ROOTT R implants (55 08) were used in the upper jaw, and a ROOTT R implant (4.2 10mm) in the mandible.

In this clinical case presented by respected Dr. Jordi Artigas, a 42-year-old female patient with periodontal problems and a history of smoking sought treatment to restore her smile. After thorough evaluation using extraoral studies, panoramic X-rays, periapical X-rays, CT scans, and bio replicas, a treatment plan was devised *
The plan involved extracting teeth from 13 to 23 and immediately placing a full denture. Four weeks later, the patient received a definitive graphene prosthesis, resulting in both aesthetic and functional improvement. The treatment utilized various implant options, including ROOTT S, an Improved External Connection Implant for reduced mid-distal space, ROOTT M, an external connection implant enhanced with Multi Unit M, and ROOTT P, a compression implant with an improved external connection for multiple prostheses
These implant systems, in combination, proved effective for patients with periodontal problems.
Notably, the implants boasted a slim design, small-scale size for safety, a solid pillar, external Torx connection, and a titanium body!
