Another full day of growth + goodness 🌿
We began with our daily yoga practice, followed by breakfast and a powerful morning coaching session with Jo.

From nourishing treatments + consults to a grounding afternoon session and the start of the Happiness Program with Dr. Joshi, the day kept unfolding with depth and intention.

We ended in the best way — a beautiful cooking class with our amazing chef and a wholesome dinner shared together.

✨ Day 1 at the Retreat
We kicked things off with an inspiring morning session, followed by nourishing treatments that left us feeling grounded and refreshed. After a delicious Ayurvedic lunch, we ended the day with a sacred Indian ritual, receiving blessings as we opened our hearts to the journey ahead. 🤍

Started with sunrise yoga, tried archery with the village tribe, drifted down a lazy river on wooden rafts, then wrapped the night with a beautiful welcome dinner + delicious food.

Day 1 in India 🍃 Started our retreat with tea-picking at an estate, learned how it’s made from leaf to cup, and spotted elephants, bison, and monkeys on safari! No tigers this time — maybe that’s for the best 😉🐘☕️
