Today Easy Nutritious Recipe Online: Malai Veg Sandwitch

Chop the vegetables what ever you at home.... Tamato and Onion is must. You can ad cabbage, Shimla Mirch etc.

Mix it with milk cream " Malai". In general we mix it with Mayonnaise. Which may not have nutritious value.

Add Red Chilli and Salt according to taste. Mis it and spread it on bread.

You can also bake the same sandwitch make. Sandwitch keeping the nutritional Value high.
