Young patient bed ridden for 1 yr.Hip on left side totally stiff.He is on ATT for 6 month.meanwhile he also fractured his hip treated elsewhere by screw. Uncemented THR done.ATT continued.finally he is again on his feet.😊

THR is a rewarding surgery. This 28 year young male was walking with painful limp since childhood.His hip joint destroyed due to infection.With the newer advancement in hip replacement he got his normal gait.Uncemented THR with multihole acetabular cup done.patient is doing well.
