# ENGLISH SPEAKING .

If you are watching a lot of videos and memorizing a lot of vocabulary to improve your spoken English, but not executing the tips and ideas from those videos and not using that vocabulary in your daily conversations, then you are giving your mind a lot of cognitive load. In my view, watch only one video, learn two or three vocabularies by making sentences, not individually, and repeat them until they reach your subconscious mind. I think there is no end to videos and vocabularies, so break this loop and work on recall and review techniques. Try to improve daily, even if it is small, but maintain consistency.

So, when you face problems in your life, never say 'I have problems.' Instead, say 'I have an interesting challenge' or 'I have an unexpected opportunity' or 'I have a typical situation.' If you want to feel energetic, always select positive words, and your mind will change, enabling you to overcome your problems easily.
