Healthy, nutrition version of summer curry
No lentils
No flour
No tomato
No curd
Method
Boil required small pieces of drumstick,( remove hard vains. )
Chopped pumpkin, chopped raw mango, garlic, jinger, salt along with required water. ( 2 to 3 whistles)
After cooling, blend it in mixy
Now filter it
Add required water and boil
In between make tadaka of ghee, jeera, hing, curry leaves, chopped onions, red chilli,
Add it to boiling curry. Add required black pepper powder.
You can also say it soup also.
Serve it with bajra/ jowar roti/ rice.

It's rajamudi rice rava upama
Made this rava from rajamudi rice which is diabetic friendly.
Quick, nutrition and delicious upama

Method
First wash rajamudi rice, through 3 to 4 times
Every unpolished, organic grains should follow this process.
Then keep it in room temperature for 1/2 to 1 hour
Now roast it, till it becomes crispy.
Prepare rava from it in mixy.
It can be easily done.

Now come to how to make upma
It's just like our regular on.
Quick, nutrition and delicious upama
Heat oil, add soaked chana dal, udad dal, rai, hing, curry leaves,
Then add your desired chopped veggies, salt and cashew
Saute for a while.
Now add 1 cup rava saute it slightly
Add 3 cup hot water
Cook it, lastly add 1/4 cup curd.
Steering it, add chopped coriander leaves
Enjoy it at any time

Absolutely new and unique masala roti/ thalipeeth/.

Left over sama rice with moong dal
Next day morning delicious breakfast is done
Add chopped/ grated veggies, green chilli, grated garlic, ginger, salt, garam masala, chat masala.
Lastly added required ragi milk powder and sattu.
No need to add water
Then spread it our on greased tawa.
Applying ghee/ oil on both sides
Cook it tii it becomes crispy.
Serve it hot with curd/ tea of cup.

You can use ragi flour instead of ragi milk powder
