প্রকৃত পরোপকারী ব্যক্তি উদ্দেশ্য ছাড়াই স্বইচ্ছায় মানুষের উপকার করে, কিন্তু রাজনীতিবিদ উদ্দেশ্য প্রণোদিতভাবে শুধুমাত্র নিজেকে প্রচার করার উদ্দেশ্যে মানুষের উপকার করে I

প্রকৃত পরোপকারী ব্যক্তি :- সাধারণত ব্যক্তিগত নৈতিকতা, সহানুভূতি বা মানবিক মূল্যবোধ থেকে কাজ করেন। তার কাজের পেছনে সরাসরি কোনো লাভের হিসাব থাকে না।

রাজনীতিবিদ :- জনসেবা করেন, কিন্তু তার সাথে রাজনৈতিক লক্ষ্য (ভোট, জনপ্রিয়তা, ক্ষমতা ধরে রাখা) জড়িত থাকে। এটা খারাপও নয়—কারণ গণতন্ত্রে জনগণের সমর্থন পাওয়াই তার কাজের অংশ।

Tripura has produced talented cricketers like Manishankar Murasing, who have consistently proven their ability at the domestic level. However, due to the lack of advanced training facilities and proper long-term planning, such talents have not received the exposure and guidance needed to reach higher platforms.

In contrast, players like Abhishek Sharma benefited from training at international-standard academies such as Yuvraj Singh’s academy and those run by former international players like Ashish Nehra. Similar opportunities should have been created for promising players from Tripura well in advance.

The failure of the state government and the Tripura Cricket Association to build such pathways clearly reflects poor planning and lack of vision. When talent exists but systems do not support it, the responsibility lies with the institutions.

From the BCCI and the TCA to the head coach of the Indian cricket team and even the Indian team’s selection committee—everyone is being influenced and controlled by those close to the ruling party. In Tripura as well, from the current Cricket Association to the state government, all belong to the same party.

Despite all this, even after repeatedly proving himself, a talented cricketer of the state, Manishankar Murasing, is still not getting opportunities in the Indian national team, India A team, or even the IPL.
