Arrow Elevators is looking for a female candidate to join our team as a Back Office & Operations Executive in Jaipur.

Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: As per experience and skills

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and updating lead databases in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Coordinating with Field Sales Executives and tracking daily call and visit reports
• Preparing and sending B2B email quotations, AMC proposals and follow-up letters
• Handling incoming customer calls, breakdown complaints and AMC renewal enquiries
• Managing daily office operations and back-office coordination

Key skills:

• Advanced Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data formatting and formulas
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional email writing in English
• Fluent Hindi communication
• Technical background preferred
• Previous experience in sales coordination or operations is an advantage
