On the occasion of National Forest Martyrs Day, Bioscopic Arena has donated the entire film earnings of their Short Film "Requiem for Hope" to Gethsemane Man-Made Forest for Nature Conservation. 🏞️ More power to the Team ❤️

Our short film REQUIEM FOR HOPE will be premiered virtually at Indian Film House, Bengaluru as it received an official selection at the IFH National Level Short Film Awards. It will be a paid premiere show and that is why, our team BioScopic Arena has decided to donate 50% of our earnings to Mother Nature on the occasion of National Forest Martyrs Day, September 11. 🥀🌳

Shadows (1959) by John Cassavetes🎬
His 'improvisation storm' will make you walk on the streets with a handful of expressions and poses (improvising). The first of his kind to reflect racialism through the perspective of an African American living in the supposedly great American country. Cassavets is probably called as one of the founding fathers of the American New Wave Cinema. His making of the low budget films in the late 60s eventually gave rise to what we call today as Independent filmmaking/cinema. Cassavetes was making movies that simply could not be made within the studio system. This helped to prove that independent filmmaking could indeed be profitable and that these kinds of films had mainstream appeal.
