“Leadership Essentials” at 2 PM, 7th November 2014 at BIM Campus. Only for those who have attended the MDP on Leadership, offered free of cost. Registration mandatory. Last date for registration - 2nd November 2014.

The workshop is being conducted by senior leadership of one of the globally well-known educational services and leadership development company, Peregrine Academics in association with SEAA Trust, New Delhi, the International Accreditation advocacy and facilitation agency..

The workshop would look at:

1. Leadership basics
2. Working with ordinary people to produce extraordinary results
3. Strategizing for excellence
4. Keeping Organisations connected to business environment
5. Teaching/Learning leadership essentials
6. Sustaining the momentum in difficult times
The workshop would be on an interactive mode.

Resource Persons

The resource persons would be Dr Mick Thomas and Prof Deb Robbins of Peregrine Leadership Institute, Australia.
Dr Mick Thomas has 30 years of experience in private and public sector organizations and is a seasoned trainer and management teacher. He is currently the President of Peregrine Academics.
Deborah Robbins has about 25 years of experience with a wide range of training experience in public and private sector companies of USA. Currently she is the Executive Director of Peregrine.
Both the resource persons are Society for HRM certified professionals and have extensive experience in Organizational strategies. At BIM they would be talking on "Leadership Essentials

Expected outcome:
In-depth understanding of working in a multicultural environment and the challenges involved. Learning to build leadership strategies individual and organizational effectiveness.

Expected audience profile:
Faculty and invitees from the corporate sector who hold leadership positions.
