His cuisine is marked with a crisp, clean style with outstanding aroma and excoting flavours. He has won numerous awards for his excellent culinary skills. Murugaananthan brings 17 years of restaurant management experience in the Food & Beverage Industry, with training and managing multinational staffs around the world maintaining high standards of service. His intensive training and experience comes from Taj Groups of Hotels - India, Costa Lines - Italy, Cunard Lines-UK and Atlantis the Palm Jumeirah - Dubai, U.A.E. Dinesh - A wine connoisseur with 14 years of Food & Beverage Industry experience and most of it comes from the most prestigious British cruise company, Cunard Lines Ltd.
