REALITY: High Blood Pressure or Hypertension is a silent disease. Usually symptoms arise when complications develop, and by then it’s too late.

MYTH: “The doctor has advised me exercise so I will start with gym right away and within few months I will be fit and healthy.”
REALITY: When you start with an unaccustomed exercise regimen it won’t last long.
SOLUTION: Start with light exercises like walking. Slowly increase the distance and duration over 3 months before switching over to other exercise forms.
