We found a land surrounded by the mountains, near the largest waterfall of the region, with a river at the project location! Do you know what our first feeling was? Abundance! This wealth of nature deserved an appropriate name, we call it The Region of Riches!

When we reached this location, we saw nature in its sublime rawness. Just taking a walk through the site, we experienced therapeutic results, so we decided to dig deep into what happened. We found that 'Forest Bathing' or a walk in the forests, opens our bodies and minds to Nature's miracles. So we decided to develop 'The Forest Bathing Project!'

Developing this project was like an enthralling roller-coaster ride for us! Being outdoors for long periods to keep a check on farmland development, completely altered our experience of the process. We found just the name for this adventurous outdoor life in 'The Ranch'.

The atmosphere of hundreds of mango and teak trees on the site, enveloped us in a relaxation we had only experienced in Goa! Add to it the tropical climate of Karjat, the portuguese-influenced infrastructure, it felt like we were in a Goan Farmyard. We decided to call it what the Goan locals do, 'Waddo'.

When the towering Bhimashankar hills were looking down at our project location, we realised this place was much beyond a hill station! This 360 degree experience needed a name of its kind, and so we decided on New Matheran.

Amidst the backdrop of Lush Mountains in Karjat, we decided to create unparalleled spanish luxury. We built exclusive Spanish Mansions that make luxury feel like a need. But the acres were limited, so we had to call it a secret!
