"Hi! My name is Dr. Shefali and I live in United States. I work as a clinical pharmacist at a John Hopkins Hospital. I wanted to lose some weight for a while but lacked motivation to do it. Last year when I saw a picture of Sir’s past client who lost weight, it motivated me to do it for myself. That’s when I decided to work with Rajesh Sir and start my journey towards weight loss. I worked with Sir for little over four months and throughout this time Rajesh sir showed full commitment towards me which continued to encouraged me to push myself. Everyday I sent my weight to sir after which we talked on the phone and Sir would give me my diet plan for that day. Along with strict diet, I also exercised three times a week. Each week Sir would send me exercise video which helped me do the exercise in the correct form. I am really thankful to Rajesh Sir for believing that I could do this and for all his time, dedication and hard work he showed towards me."
