My ticket id 9917644 was raised on 1st of December related to the fee charge issue. This issue has not been resolved neither I have received any call or any update from your support team, Due to which I took a follow-up also but till now (10 days) I have not updates related my issue. What type of support is this and does razorpay seriosly have systems and software in place to track higly delayed & unresolved issues. As my experience says that razorpay works likes an unprofessional company and levies charges for same type of transactions & cards with diffrent percentage of fees.
