"Chaitanya Vatika"

Project location: Althan, Surat, Gujarat, India

Built-up area:3000 sq. m. (32,300 sq. ft.)

Completion date: 2015
Chaitanya Vatika is designed as a wedding hall complex along the Althan Bhimrad road in Surat. The building serves as a venue for various wedding ceremonies and for accommodating guests. The 3000 square meter building contains three banquet halls on the lower levels and guest rooms with a pantry on the top three stories. The concept was to create a contemporary space that can house all the traditional ceremonies while catering to the users and providing a wholesome experience.
