Infact, history bears testimony to the fact that no movement worldwide has ever been successful without an active participation of the students. Several thousands of well-read, intelligent and capable students, who could have comfortably chased their educations mid-way and jumped the bandwagon of Mahatma Gandhi’s call, in pursuit of something much more significant. NSUI salutes this spirit and owes its existence largely to this school of thought. We take pride in being the legacy of this great movement for Indian independence.
