Soft, earthy tones, fluid ceiling details, and carefully layered lighting create a calm, welcoming atmosphere, while the gallery wall introduces personality and visual rhythm with CRI of the light fixtures. The bold red accent table adds a vibrant focal point, bringing warmth and balance to this contemporary living space. Elevated floor and ceiling slot separates two spaces effortlessly.
Rather than concealing smart home controls of various brands, this feature wall celebrates them through a custom installation, blending automation with architecture in a clean, understated composition.

The lounge TV unit is designed to discreetly house a 55-inch TV and amplifier, offering a seamless entertainment experience. The TV can remain hidden for a music-focused ambience powered by high-end speakers, or revealed when paired with the immersive audio system.
Tunable, dimmable lighting, including the pendant light, allows the mood to be adjusted effortlessly. The elephant artwork also functions as acoustic panels, while the beige lime texture and blue palette create a warm, sophisticated atmosphere.

We are delighted to share that DINTERPLAY ARCHITECTS has been honoured with the SMART SPACES AWARDS 2026 for our Automation, Lighting & Audio-Visual Experience Centre.

Designed as more than a conventional showroom, this space demonstrates how architecture, lighting, automation and technology can come together to create an immersive user experience. Every element—from spatial planning and lighting layers to automated scenes and audio-visual integration—was carefully designed to help visitors experience technology rather than simply observe it.

Winning this award is an acknowledgement of our belief that great design is not only about aesthetics. It is about creating spaces that perform intelligently, communicate a brand's identity and leave a lasting impression.

Introducing ‘Neeti’ – Lime House at Palanpur

Some homes are designed around rooms. This one is designed around time.

In the hot and arid climate of northern Gujarat, every decision was guided by intention—Neeti. The result is a home that breathes with its climate and adapts to the family’s daily rhythm.

Built with lime plaster, sandstone, terracotta, Kota stone, reclaimed wood, and the hands of local craftsmen, the house celebrates materials that age gracefully and perform naturally. Every opening frames a view, every shadow marks the passage of time, and every detail reflects a conscious design decision.

More than a residence, Neeti is an exploration of how thoughtful planning, passive design, and traditional craftsmanship can shape contemporary living.

The idea behind this space was to create an experience center that feels simple, but works efficiently in every way.

Instead of adding unnecessary elements, the focus was on planning..
understanding how the space will be used, experienced, and moved through.

Instead of letting everything stay visible,
we designed elements that can appear and disappear as needed.

A hidden TV that comes up only when required,
curtain lighting that shifts with the mood,
and a curved partition that defines space without walls.

Each detail is thoughtfully placed
so the space feels clean, flexible, and connected.
