Hey Amishi, here are my thoughts on the platter:

Honestly, every single item on the platter was really good and it was so well balanced, I wouldn’t change a thing in the platter.

The things I liked the most were:
Hazelnut rocks
Truffles were just amazing 🤤
Coffee granola
Original granola
Scarlet berries, I really love tangy food items, so I just loved the berries so much that I’ve kept it in room for as a snack.

I’m not a rose person, so I’m not much keen on the rose pistachio but I’m sure everyone else would love it. My mom really liked it.

The spice nuts are really good, I always love a spice snack with my lunch, so I wouldn’t change a thing about it.

The Indian sweets were just so different and I’ve not had such kind of healthy sweets until now. I was just amazed with how it was so tasteful other than the fact that it had rose in it and I don’t like rose that much.

How can I forget to mention the coffee granola, it is just amazing, the choco chunks add such a beautiful taste to it. I just emptied the whole thing in one night, I’m a big lover of dark chocolates.

Overall the platter was so different that what I’ve seen and received all my life. I’m sure it took you a lot of planning & testing to make the platter in such a way with all kinds of things. You’ve done a great job and there isn’t a thing I would change in this platter. I just love the way it is.

Thank you so much for such a tasteful platter & it definitely was a wonderful experience tasting every one of them.
