Roles and Responsibilities : Should be able to handle and supervise the production team from PP Samples to production shipment dispatch to the client. Should have a good knowledge of garment construction, costing, garment finishing. Should be confident of facing the QC for final inspections and take care of the whole production process from PP to Shipment. Should maintain a weekly record of the targets achieved. Should be hardworking and smart.

Desired Candidate Profile : Should have a degree/ diploma in fashion/ merchandising. Should have 3-5 years of working experience in production of women's western wear in high fashion. Should be smart enough to get work done from others. Should be able to manage people and their weekly record.

Model Responsibilities: Following the directions of photographers and posing for photoshoots accordingly. Participating in advertisements and television commercials to promote various FASHION GARMENTS. Participating in runway shows by modeling designers’ clothing, accessories. Participating in trade shows and conventions to advertise business products. Maintaining an updated portfolio of work. Collaborating with hair and clothing stylists as well as makeup artists to create specific looks. Following suitable health and fitness regimens to maintain a well-defined physical appearance in accordance with industry standards. Conducting research on designers’ fashionwear as well as other products that are to be modeled and promoted. Model Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Previous modeling experience. A well-presented portfolio of work. A well-maintained physical appearance. Willingness to work irregular hours. Sound corroborative skills. Excellent physical stamina. Excellent time management skills. Effective communication skills
