Elderly female came with complaint of ruptured basilar top aneurysm, incorporating left PCA and left superior cerebellar artery.

Stent assisted coiling was done and patient discharged without any neuro-deficit saving both superior cerebellar and left PCA.

Endovascular brain aneurysm coiling is a technique where we don't have to open brain and without single incision on body entire procedure was performed.

AV fistuloplasty:

AV fistula is a lifeline for any CKD patient on dialysis. When it goes down acutely, fistuloplasty is an answer in majority of patient and if doesn't open patient end up into vicious circle of new fistula and lines.

A 35 Yr patient came with completely shut fistula, we did angiography shows complete blockage of radio cephalic fistula which was open completely with balloon plasty.

Elderly patient with cirrhosis of liver with solitary liver tumor not opting for liver transplant.

Options : 1. Ablation 2. TACE.

Few denied and few eagerly questioned about ablation? Microwave ablation can give margin even when it's near to vessels, this is example of it. So we need to choose energy wisely.

Elderly gentleman came with complaint of nonhealing ulcer in foot and lower leg pain despite on maximum antiplatelet/painkillers. Patient is having uncontrollled diabetes too.

Angiography was suggestive of complete long segment occlusion of SFA. HOW WE TREAT THIS DISEASE? IS BYPASS REQUIRED ??????

We revascularise almost 99 percent cases endovascularly without doing open surgery. This patient got complete revascularisation with endovascular angioplasty and stenting where no major cut on body, no anesthesia during procedure and discharged on next day.

Ulcer is completely resolved and amputation avoided.
