• Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately

• Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordination

• Prepare HR reports and trackers using MS Excel

• Support compliance with basic labor laws and internal HR policies

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance

• Experience with HRMS tools e.g., Zoho People or similar

EnableNow Technology Solutions is looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented and highly ethical 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to act as an Owner’s Representative providing daily on-site oversight during the manufacturing of a Generator Step-Up (GSU) power transformer. This role is hands-on, and accountability driven.

• Provide daily, full-time on-site oversight during GSU manufacturing.

• Monitor core & coil assembly, insulation, tanking, dry-out, oil filling and related processes.

• Execute approved inspection and quality checklists.

• Perform in-process inspections at critical manufacturing stages.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, ITPs and IEEE/IEC standards.

• Identify and escalate non-conformities immediately.

• Prevent shortcuts, substitutions or undocumented deviations.

• Submit daily written reports with observations and photos.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

• High proficiency in written English for technical reporting
