Apple season is here in Kashmir. 🍎
And if you’ve grown up around an orchard, you know these apples are never just apples.

These are from our own home orchard and behind every apple is months of work, patience, early mornings, long days, constant care, and so much hope.

From watching the trees through the seasons, taking care of every little thing, waiting for the right time to harvest… to finally picking, grading, sorting and packing every apple — there’s a whole story behind what you see in these pictures.

For a farmer, harvest season is more than just a busy season.
It’s the moment when months of मेहनत finally become visible. 🤍

And this feeling isn’t only ours.
It belongs to every Kashmiri farmer who spends a whole year caring for their orchards, hoping that when the season comes, their hard work will finally pay off.

So when you see a Kashmiri apple, I hope you see a little more than just a beautiful red fruit. 🍎
